Inspection built into the process
Quality isn’t a final gate for us — it’s designed into every stage. From the moment fabric arrives to the minute cartons are sealed, trained QC staff check against the approved standard and record what they find.
You receive documented inspection reports, and you’re free to appoint third-party inspectors at any point. Transparency is the whole point: you should never have to take our word for it.

Fabric inspection
Four-point system inspection on incoming fabric for weave, shade and defects before a single panel is cut.
In-line checks
Roaming QC on the sewing line catches construction issues early, when they’re cheap to correct.
End-of-line audit
Every garment is checked for measurement, construction and finishing against the approved PP sample.
AQL 2.5 final
Statistical final inspection to AQL 2.5 (adjustable) with a documented report before packing.
Metal & needle control
Needle policy and metal detection protect against contamination in finished garments.
Third-party ready
We welcome SGS, Intertek and QIMA inspections at any stage and provide full documentation.
