Sampling process

From tech pack to a sample you can sell

A disciplined sample room is where good bulk production begins. Ours turns your reference into an approved, repeatable standard — with documented revisions and no ambiguity carried into production.

Step by step

Six stages to an approved standard

Typical sample lead time is 10–15 working days from confirmed fabric and tech pack, depending on complexity.

  1. Brief & tech pack review

    1–3 days

We review your reference or tech pack, confirm measurements, construction and trims, and flag anything that needs clarifying before we cut.

  2. Fabric & lab dips

    3–7 days

Hangers, lab dips and trim options are prepared for your hand-feel and colour approval.

  3. Proto sample

    5–8 days

The first sample proves the design and construction. We photograph and comment against your spec.

  4. Fit sample & revisions

    3–6 days / round

Fit samples are produced and revised in documented rounds until measurements and drape are signed off.

  5. Salesman / SMS sample

    On request

Optional showroom-ready samples for your sales campaign and pre-orders.

  6. Pre-production (PP) sample

    5–7 days

The final approved standard, made on bulk materials — the reference the production line matches exactly.
