Six stages to an approved standard
Typical sample lead time is 10–15 working days from confirmed fabric and tech pack, depending on complexity.
Brief & tech pack review
1–3 daysWe review your reference or tech pack, confirm measurements, construction and trims, and flag anything that needs clarifying before we cut.
Fabric & lab dips
3–7 daysHangers, lab dips and trim options are prepared for your hand-feel and colour approval.
Proto sample
5–8 daysThe first sample proves the design and construction. We photograph and comment against your spec.
Fit sample & revisions
3–6 days / roundFit samples are produced and revised in documented rounds until measurements and drape are signed off.
Salesman / SMS sample
On requestOptional showroom-ready samples for your sales campaign and pre-orders.
Pre-production (PP) sample
5–7 daysThe final approved standard, made on bulk materials — the reference the production line matches exactly.
